CareerLaunch
CareerLaunch is a job-readiness and career preparation program that offers a variety of activities to hone teens’ decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. CareerLaunch introduces teens to the world of work and provides the tools they need to prepare for a career including career exploration, education pathway planning and guidance in mapping out a plan for their future based upon their interests and talents. Teens have the opportunity to visit tour local businesses and participate in mock-interviews.

Keystone
Keystone is the premier teen leadership program that meets teens’ vital need for positive group experiences. With the guidance of Club staff, teens are given opportunities to take on leadership roles, make leadership decisions, serve others, and engage in experiences. These experiences help to shape their knowledge of academic, career, community service, and teen outreach initiatives and projects. Keystone leaders have the opportunity to attend the National Keystone Conference each spring.

Youth of the Year
Youth of the Year is Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s premier youth recognition program for Club members, which promotes and celebrates service to Club, community and family; academic performance; moral character; life goals; and poise and public speaking ability. Local Clubs recognize members ages 14-18 who were Youths of the Month and select a Youth of the Year, who then participate in state, regional, and national competitions with opportunities to win college scholarships.
